If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every attempt to accommodate our customers but cannot guarantee an order cancellation once an order has been placed.
LOST, MISSING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Hawaiian Springs LLC is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. Hawaiian Springs LLC is not liable for damaged shipments. All damage claims must be filed with the shipping carrier. If you have not received your shipment after 30 days from date of shipment, please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier.
If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you can do so from your account page. Any subscription that is shipped is not eligible for a refund.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer any returns or exchanges.
Occasionally products are completely sold out. On certain items we allow back orders to be placed. Back ordered items will be shipped as soon as we receive the item back in stock. If you choose to ship in stock items separately, you will be subject to additional shipping costs.
Occasionally shipments may have postage due upon delivery. In these cases, please refuse the shipment and we will reship the package.
If you made an error with your shipping address and we receive the package back because of an incorrect address, you may be charged the additional postage.
RETURNED TO SENDER
Domestic orders will receive tracking via email. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Hawaiian Springs LLC, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Hawaiian Springs LLC. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.
On rare occasions you may order a product that is actually out of stock. We will notify you if this happens and give you an option to cancel your order for a full refund or wait for item(s) to be ready to ship.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you received the wrong item in your shipment, please email us with your order number within 5 business days from arrival and we will send the correct item.
If your shipment is missing an order item, please email us with your order number within 5 business days from arrival and we will send out a new shipment.
