It’s that time of year again- the glorious smell of the turkey roasting, cinnamon candles burning, the clanking of cocktails, and laughter filling every corner of the house- with all the delicious cooking, baking, and indulging of alcoholic beverages it’s easy to forget the most vital part of life- staying hydrated. Have you been working hard at the gym to keep that summer body? Avoiding the doughnuts in the break room at work to keep inches off your waistline? With the holidays approaching, you know there are going to be many delectable food options that one just cannot pass up. But, fear not. Increasing your Hawaiian Springs natural artesian water intake boosts your metabolic rate, and a double bonus; by consuming cold water your body’s effort to heat the cold water to body temperature burns even more calories.

No one likes waking up with that achy feeling. By choosing to stay hydrated and consume at least one glass of Hawaiian Springs natural artesian water with each alcoholic beverage, you’re doing your body a big favor! Staying hydrated can prevent the nasty symptoms of a hangover, to include dehydration, headache and stomach pains.

Your skin is the largest organ on your body, so what better way to replenish your skin than by drinking water! It’s so simple- increase your daily water intake, and let the results speak for themselves.  Consuming water helps to flush out toxins that build up and can wreak havoc on our skin. Without using any modern-day navigational equipment, the 62-foot-long double-hulled wa‘a, a replica of ancient voyaging outrigger canoe, charted her way through high seas beyond the Pacific, only using their traditional wayfinding methods and techniques. Instead of relying on GPS and other modern technology, they utilized the organic clues provided by the Mother Earth—wind, swells, clouds, moon, stars, fish and birds, just like our ancestors did it thousands of years ago.
